Online & Telephone Order Purchases

1. Right to Cancel (Cooling-off Period)
Your Right to Cancel: When you buy goods online, you are entitled to a minimum 14-day "cooling-off period" under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This means you can cancel your order for any reason, from the moment you place the order until 14 days from the day you, or a person you've nominated, receive the goods.
Multiple Items: If your order consists of multiple items delivered separately, the 14-day period starts the day after you receive the last item of your order.
Informing Us: To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or e-mail) within the 14-day period. You do not need to give a reason. You may use the model cancellation form provided by the government, but it is not obligatory.

Return Period: Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
2. Exceptions to the Right to Cancel
Please note, the right to cancel does not apply to certain items:
Goods that are personalised or custom-made to your specific requirements (e.g., non-standard size mattresses or beds made in specific fabrics).
Goods with a seal for health protection and hygiene reasons that has been broken after delivery (e.g., mattresses, pillows, or protectors that have been unsealed).
3. Returns and Refunds Process
Condition of Goods: You are entitled to handle and inspect the goods as you would in a shop to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. You may be asked to pay if the value of the goods is diminished by any amount as a result of handling them beyond what is necessary. This could include damage or wear and tear from use, or if they are not packaged properly for return transit.

Return Costs: If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched, or if you refuse delivery (unless the goods are defective), you are responsible for arranging and covering all costs incurred in returning the goods. You should use a recorded delivery service and obtain proof of postage. If you did not receive information about who pays for returns in writing before purchase, the retailer must cover the cost.

Outbound Delivery Costs: We will refund the basic cost of outbound delivery. If you choose a more expensive delivery option (e.g., guaranteed next day), we will only refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery we offer.

Refund Timeline: We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or 14 days after you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is sooner. The refund will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless agreed otherwise.
